1. Service Provider
Fablecard ("the Platform") is operated by:
Company registration details will be provided upon registration.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Fablecard, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person — multi-accounting is not permitted
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Virtual Currency (Gold)
Fablecard features an in-game currency called "Gold." Important information about Gold:
- Gold has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Gold is earned through gameplay (duplicate card conversion, referral rewards) or purchased with real money
- Gold is used to buy card packs within the Platform
- Gold balances are non-transferable between accounts
- We reserve the right to adjust Gold values and pricing for game balance purposes
5. Purchases & Payments
Real-money purchases of Gold are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase:
- You agree to Stripe's terms of service and payment processing
- All prices are displayed in your selected currency at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes
- You will receive an electronic receipt/confirmation for every purchase
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing Gold balances are not affected
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, starting from the date of purchase.
However, by purchasing Gold on Fablecard, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content (Gold credited to your account) and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the Gold has been credited, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and Article 57, para. 1, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
If Gold has not yet been credited to your account (e.g., a payment processing error), you may request a full refund by contacting us via the Contact page within 14 days of the purchase date.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g., via our Contact page or email to [email protected]) including your account name, email, purchase date, and order reference. We will process refunds within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
7. Refund Policy
Once Gold has been credited to your account, the purchase is considered final. However, refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Unauthorized transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to investigation and verification)
- Technical errors: Duplicate charges or failed deliveries where payment was taken but Gold was not credited to your account
- System malfunction: Currency not delivered due to a verified platform error
We do not provide refunds for:
- Gold that has already been spent on card packs or other in-game items
- Change of mind after Gold has been credited
- Accidental purchases where Gold has been credited
- Dissatisfaction with randomized pack contents — card drops are based on disclosed rarity weights and are not guaranteed to contain specific cards
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the transaction date via our Contact page (select "Account Issue") or email [email protected]. Include your username, purchase date, amount, and reason. We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and process approved refunds within 14 days using the original payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation.
8. Game Mechanics
Fablecard is a collectible card game with randomized pack openings. You should be aware that:
- Card drops are determined by random chance using disclosed rarity weights
- Rarity tiers and their approximate drop rates: Common (~60%), Rare (~25%), Epic (~10%), Legendary (~4%), Mythic (~1%)
- Different pack tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) have different drop rate distributions
- Duplicate cards are automatically converted to Gold based on their rarity
- We may adjust rarity weights and game mechanics for balance; changes will be communicated in advance
- There is no guarantee of receiving any specific card from any pack
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Exploit bugs or glitches — please report them to us instead
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate the game economy or circumvent purchase systems
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Fablecard — including card artwork, names, fables, visual design, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of Fablecard EOOD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission.
Your account and virtual items (cards, Gold) are licensed to you, not sold. We retain full ownership of all virtual items.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Before termination, we will provide you with reasonable notice and an opportunity to rectify the violation where possible, except in cases of severe violations (e.g., fraud, security threats). Upon termination:
- Access to your account and all associated data will be revoked
- Gold balances and card collections are forfeited
- No refunds will be issued for previously purchased Gold, except where required by law
You may delete your own account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
Fablecard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of virtual items, Gold, or progress due to technical issues, server outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Bulgarian or EU law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Bulgarian and EU law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us via our Contact page or by email at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

These dispute resolution procedures do not affect your right to bring legal proceedings before the competent courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Fablecard after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, nothing in this clause affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, as provided by the applicable consumer protection regulations.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
